Get your seasonal produce from The Shed and make Roasted Vegetables!

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  3. Wash and chop all vegetables then place into large bowl. 
  4. Pour olive oil and add salt + pepper to mix/toss and evenly coat all vegetables.
  5. Spread vegetables onto baking sheet. All vegetables should be in a flat single layer so they all roast evenly. Pour remaining oil and spices mixture over vegetables. 
  6. Place in oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven to stir vegetables around (placing back into a flat single layer) and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and serve while hot.
