The Night Wholesale Market is one of The Dallas Farmers Market secret gems. On Thursday and Sunday evenings we have a night market where local growers and wholesalers bring in produce to sell to customers, restaurants, farm stand operators and whoever is looking to buy seasonal produce in wholesale amounts. This is a place where you can talk to the farmer and ask about the process of cultivating crops and bringing them to market. This is the perfect place to find large amounts to pickle, can, preserve and ferment. Come out, talk to the farmer and see what produce they will expect to cultivate throughout the summer. This is a seasonal market with a few exceptions later on into the early mornings. The night wholesale market typically runs from about 1:00am  – 8:00am Friday morning.

How to Become a Vendor at The Night Wholesale Market:
We use an online system called Convention Force for vendor applications, product listings, invoicing, permits and anything else that is related to your business so that we can better serve you and streamline most processes.

To apply – Prior to selling at the Dallas Farmers Market, all vendors must submit an online application by registering through the website and be approved by the Dallas Farmers Market Administration.

  1. Visit the Dallas Farmers Market in person and get to know the space, the staff and the culture.
  2. Complete a vendor application by registering in Convention Force.
  3. Provide all contact information including a cell phone number.
APPLICATION FEE – The yearly application processing fee is $40 and must be paid for consideration as a vendor. The application-processing fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee approval to sell.
Fees for nightly space:
  • Produce dealer – $25 per space
  • Farmer (75% Grown) – $20 per space
  • Box Truck or Trailer – additional $15
  • Fork Lift – $175.00 per forklift per week (must be approved by market management)
  • Semi Truck – additional $50
  • Discount – Farmers selling two days/week at The Shed – $10 per space.
PROCESSING APPLICATIONS – The Dallas Farmers Market administration begins processing applications as soon as the application fee has been paid.  Approval contact will be through a phone call or email. Please contact info@dallasfarmersmarket.org or (214)-664-9110.

On Friday mornings we have a night market where local growers and wholesalers bring in produce to sell to customers, restaurants, farm stand operators and whoever is looking to buy seasonal produce in wholesale amounts. This is a place where you can talk to the farmer and ask about the process of cultivating crops and bringing them to market. This is the perfect place to find large amounts to pickle, can, preserve and ferment. Come out, talk to the farmer and see what produce they will expect to cultivate throughout the season. The night wholesale market typically runs from about 12:00am – 9:00am Friday morning.
