Step One · Before Applying

Check your eligibility.

Your organization must hold current IRS 501(c)(3) status. Gather your determination letter and have a clear description of your planned outreach activity ready before you email.

Step Two · Free to Apply

Email your application.

Send your org name, 501(c)(3) status, the weekend dates you’re requesting, and a brief description of your planned activity. Attach your determination letter. That’s it.

Step Three · ~2 Weeks

Get confirmed.

Our team reviews applications and responds within two weeks. Approved organizations receive a confirmation with assigned date(s), table location, and any activity-specific guidelines for your booth.

Step Four · Market Day

Show up & connect.

Arrive 30 minutes before market open to check in with staff and set up your table. Bring your own display, literature, and supplies. Tables, tablecloths, tents, tent weights, and chairs are required for booth set up. Tent weights must be 25 pounds or more per leg.

No. Registered non-profits are not charged a stall fee for awareness table participation.

Yes, we require a current IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter as part of the application.

We accept applications for individual weekend dates or multi-weekend seasonal blocks. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis after approval. We try to pair organizations that align with weekend themes and national holidays when possible.

Volunteers are welcome. Handing out sealed, individually packaged items (bookmarks, seed packets) is permitted. Distribution of food items requires compliance with Dallas County health regulations and advance approval — contact us before including this in your application.
