OVERVIEW
The application process at the Dallas Farmers Market consists of a two round approval process. Denials will be made in both rounds.

To become a vendor at the Dallas Farmers Market, applicants must complete the application located at dallasfarmersmarket.org/join-the-market. The application must be submitted along with the non-refundable $45 application fee. If the fee is not paid within 5 days, the application will not be considered and will not be reviewed.

Once the application fee is paid, the application will be reviewed. The information provided in the application is the information the DFM management team uses to evaluate each application. It is imperative that the application is filled out with as much detail needed to convey the business and products. Applications are reviewed on a weekly basis and you will be notified if your business has made it to the next round, or if you have been declined.

If the DFM team wishes to move on in the application process, the applicant will be invited to an in-person interview. At the in-person interview, the applicant is expected to present their full concept and presentation as it would appear at the market. Final approval decisions are made during the in person interview based on presentation, product quality, uniqueness, fit for market, etc.

The DFM team will let the applicant know about their status within a week of interviewing. All documents, licenses, permits, etc. must be uploaded in Convention Force before the vendor will be able to sell at the DFM.

Questions about the application process can be directed to info@dallasfarmersmarket.org
