Common questions.
Year-round. We review applications weekly. If your category is currently full, you’re welcome to apply — we’ll let you know either way within about two weeks.
The $45 nonrefundable fee covers the cost of reviewing your application, products, and photos. It’s required before your application enters the weekly review queue.
Use the same Convention Force application — describe your product in detail in your bio. Prepared food vendors and food trucks are reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on current lineup and available space.
Permanent retail and restaurant leasing is handled separately from the producer program. Email info@dallasfarmersmarket.org to start that conversation.
Once approved, you’ll upload your Texas food handler certification, general liability insurance, and any applicable permits directly in Convention Force before your first market day.
Yes. One application covers The Shed, Wholesale Night, and M.A.D.E. Dallas® — just indicate which markets you’re interested in within your bio. Buskers use a separate process.
