Ingredients
- 8 Tbsp Loose Leaf Chai Tea from ChaiWali
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 5 whole peeled Pears from State 28 Farms
- Vanilla ice cream if desired
Instructions
- Combine chai tea mix in a reusable tea bag, 1 cup of sugar, and 4 cups of water in a large pot. Bring to a boil.
- Add in pears and reduce to a simmer. Allow pears to simmer for 20 minute or until tender.
- Cool pears in chai syrup mixture.
- Remove pears and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
