Ingredients

  • 8 Tbsp Loose Leaf Chai Tea from ChaiWali
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 5 whole peeled Pears from State 28 Farms
  • Vanilla ice cream if desired

Instructions

  1. Combine chai tea mix in a reusable tea bag, 1 cup of sugar, and 4 cups of water in a large pot. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add in pears and reduce to a simmer. Allow pears to simmer for 20 minute or until tender.
  3. Cool pears in chai syrup mixture.
  4. Remove pears and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
