The Dallas Farmers Market is in full bloom this weekend for our Blossoms & Berries Festival, a whimsical celebration of plants, flowers, and berries that showcases the best of spring in North Texas.

Join us Saturday, April 25, and Sunday, April 26, to wander among curated vendors featuring houseplants, fresh-cut blooms, herb and berry starters, and garden-ready vegetables. Along the way, enjoy seasonal treats such as jams and jellies, Italian crème sodas, teas, macarons, pastries, and more. Take time to stop at charming photo ops sprinkled throughout the DFM, perfect for capturing colorful spring memories.

Mark your calendar for the Dallas Master Gardeners Association presentation, Go Native with Gina Woods, this Saturday, April 25, at 11:00 a.m. Learn why North Texas native plants matter and how incorporating native trees, shrubs, and perennials into your space can create a thriving, wildlife-friendly landscape that requires less water, maintenance, and fertilizer.

Afterward, be sure to visit the DFM’s AgriLife Extension booth (11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.) for their Cooking with Herbs demo and sampling station featuring a refreshing, tastes-like-spring grape tomato and cilantro salad.

There is family-focused fun on both Saturday and Sunday, with all-day Balloon Art by Bender, our Kids’ Activity featuring a Mini Flower Market from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and feathered-friends fun with Window to the Wild from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
