Ingredients:

  • Maybe like 2lbs of peaches (soft peaches work best)
  • A little squirt of lemon juice as you like
  • S̶u̶g̶a̶r̶

Instructions:

  1. Skin the peaches if you want – you can blanch them or use a vegetable peeler
  2. Pull the pits, then chop up the peaches
  3. On low to medium heat, add the peaches to a pot and cook them down
  4. As they cook down, mash the peaches and bust ’em up
  5. If you like it chunky, leave it be, if not, you can use an immersion blender or a regular ol’ blender to blend them smooth
  6. Add your lemon juice and reduce down to where you’re happy with how thick it is
  7. Put everything in a jar, and let it cool
  8. Keep it in the fridge for like a week, but good luck not eating all of it before then
