Ingredients:
- Maybe like 2lbs of peaches (soft peaches work best)
- A little squirt of lemon juice as you like
- S̶u̶g̶a̶r̶
Instructions:
- Skin the peaches if you want – you can blanch them or use a vegetable peeler
- Pull the pits, then chop up the peaches
- On low to medium heat, add the peaches to a pot and cook them down
- As they cook down, mash the peaches and bust ’em up
- If you like it chunky, leave it be, if not, you can use an immersion blender or a regular ol’ blender to blend them smooth
- Add your lemon juice and reduce down to where you’re happy with how thick it is
- Put everything in a jar, and let it cool
- Keep it in the fridge for like a week, but good luck not eating all of it before then
