Ingredients:

  • 3 – 4 lemons, cleaned, and sliced into chunks from Kelley Produce
  • 6 inches of fresh Ginger from Pepperona Peppers or Kelley Produce
  • 6 inches of fresh Turmeric from Pepperona Peppers or Kelley Produce
  • 3 stalks of Lemon Grass from Williams Garden
  • 1 ½ cups of water (add more if needed)

Instructions:
Blend the ingredients together. Carefully pour the mixture into ice molds. Place the filled molds into the freezer for three hours or overnight. When you’re ready to enjoy, add the frozen tea bomb to a mug. Pour in boiled water or tea of your choice and stir. Strain if you’re not a fan of pulp in your beverage. Add a pinch of black pepper to activate the turmeric. Sweeten with honey as desired.
