Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of dried Elderberry from The RX Tea Shop
  • ½ cup of dried Hibiscus from The RX Tea Shop or Pepperona Peppers
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick from Kelley Produce
  • 3 inches of fresh ginger from Kelley Produce

Instructions:

Add ingredients to a pot, bring to a boil, and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the liquid reduces by half. Let the liquid cool. Strain the liquid using a mesh strainer or cheese cloth, trying to get as much of the liquid out as possible. Discard the remains. Carefully pour the mixture into ice molds and place in the freezer for three hours or overnight. When ready to enjoy, place a tea bomb into a mug and pour hot water over it. Sweeten with honey as desired.
