BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER BITES
- 1 head cauliflower from D-Bar Farms
- 1 cup plain yogurt from Jersey Girls
- 1 cup corn meal from Homestead Gristmill
- 1 egg from Bois d’Arc Meat Co.
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup hot sauce from Klowns on Fire
- 1 cup butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Cut cauliflower into bite size florets.
- Mix plain yogurt, corn meal and egg. Add water if needed until mixture is thick enough to stick to cauliflower but thin enough to completely coat the batter.
- Add salt, paprika, cayenne and garlic powder to batter.
- Toss cauliflower bites in batter to coat.
- Add cauliflower bites to parchment line baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Allow to cool and coat with preferred sauce.
BUFFALO SAUCE:

Melt butter in small sauce pan over medium heat.
- Stir in hot sauce until well blended.
