PEACH MOSCOW MULE
Celebrate summertime! Make a Peach Moscow Mule with fresh peach puree mixed with ginger beer, vodka (or without!), a squeeze of lime and sprinkle cinnamon. Tastes like a delicious slice of peach pie..! This drink is so satisfying and fun to serve at any gathering.
- 2 oz. peach puree (about ½ fresh peach from The Shed)
- 3 oz. ginger beer from SoCo Ginger Beer
- 1 ½ oz. vodka
- ½ oz. lime juice
- Cinnamon
- Ice, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- In the blender, puree a peach.
- Grab your favorite glassware of choice, measure out the peach puree, ginger beer, vodka and lime juice.
- Use a spoon to stir up the ingredients.
- Top with ice and sprinkle cinnamon, and enjoy immediately.
