  • Olive Oil
  • Goat Cheese
  • Variety of Microgreens

INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
STEP 2
Thinly slice baguette into ¼ thick rounds. Lightly brush with olive oil and toast in oven until golden brown and crunchy.
STEP 3
Remove from oven and cool slightly. Spread with a thin layer of goat cheese. Top each crostini with a different variety of microgreens for an inviting board of varying greens hues and textures.
