Ingredients:
- ¼ lb. Shishito peppers (Bonton Farms)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- Salt
Directions:
- Heat butter in medium skillet until foaming at edges. Add peppers and stir to coat, then let peppers sit until lightly charred (about 5 mins.)
- Stir to reposition, add salt, and then wait until other side is lightly charred. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
