INGREDIENTS
Brown Sugar Mixture:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar from Kelley Produce
- 1 tbsp cinnamon from Kelley Produce
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter from Kelley Produce
Cream Cheese Icing:
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 6 tbsp softened butter from Kelley Produce
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla from Kelley Produce
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon from Kelley Produce
Topping:
- Purple, green, and gold sprinkles
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place Scotts Bake Shop’s Milk Bread or a brioche bread in a baking dish and slice in half.
- Spread half of the brown sugar mixture on the bottom layer.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on and brush the rest of the mixture on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- While baking, mix the icing ingredients until smooth and set aside.
- Let the rolls cool completely before adding the icing.
- Pipe or spread the icing over the rolls.
- Sprinkle with purple, green, and gold sprinkles to finish!
