INGREDIENTS

Brown Sugar Mixture:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar from Kelley Produce
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon from Kelley Produce
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter from Kelley Produce

Cream Cheese Icing:

  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • 6 tbsp softened butter from Kelley Produce
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla from Kelley Produce
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon from Kelley Produce

Topping:

  • Purple, green, and gold sprinkles

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place Scotts Bake Shop’s Milk Bread or a brioche bread in a baking dish and slice in half.
  3. Spread half of the brown sugar mixture on the bottom layer.
  4. Place the top half of the rolls back on and brush the rest of the mixture on top.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. While baking, mix the icing ingredients until smooth and set aside.
  7. Let the rolls cool completely before adding the icing.
  8. Pipe or spread the icing over the rolls.
  9. Sprinkle with purple, green, and gold sprinkles to finish!
