Ingredients:

  • Fresh Figs from @jbgorganic (they sold out in The Shed but check with @marketprovisionsco)
  • Goat Cheese (we got Fig & Black Pepper from @hautegoatcreamery at @scardellocheese)
  • Prosciutto (from @scardellocheese)

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Slice figs in half
  • Top with ample goat cheese (about ½ tbsp)
  • Wrap with prosciutto and secure with toothpick
  • Roast in oven for 7 minutes or until figs are slightly softened.
  • Enjoy right away!
