Ingredients:
- Fresh Figs from @jbgorganic (they sold out in The Shed but check with @marketprovisionsco)
- Goat Cheese (we got Fig & Black Pepper from @hautegoatcreamery at @scardellocheese)
- Prosciutto (from @scardellocheese)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Slice figs in half
- Top with ample goat cheese (about ½ tbsp)
- Wrap with prosciutto and secure with toothpick
- Roast in oven for 7 minutes or until figs are slightly softened.
- Enjoy right away!
