INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons ground coffee(medium-fine grind) from Companion Roasters or Palmieri Cafe
  • 4 teaspoons sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Use a coffee maker to brew 4 tablespoons of coffee with 2 cups of water. 
  2. Stir in sugar. While the coffee is still hot, stir the sugar until it completely dissolves.
  3. Pour hot or room temperature coffee directly into ice cube trays.
  4. Freeze ice cube trays. Depending on the size of your ice cube tray, it’ll take about 4 hours to freeze the coffee. Freeze overnight recommended.
  5. Add ice cubes into a cup. You can add milk to make an iced latte or add hot coffee to make it cold without watering it down.
