Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Butter – Room Temperature
  • 1 bunch French Breakfast Radishes from Braga Farms
  • Sea Salt to Taste

 

Instructions

  1. Using a stand mixer, slowly mix room temperature butter in a large bowl until completely smooth and soft.
  2. Dip radishes into the butter about half way to coat in a thick layer of butter. The butter should make a smooth coating rather than sticking in globs.
  3. Lay on baking sheet covered in parchment paper and lightly sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
  4. Refrigerate until the butter has firm and serve as an appetizer or seasonal crudité snack. Enjoy!
