Ingredients
- ½ Cup Butter – Room Temperature
- 1 bunch French Breakfast Radishes from Braga Farms
- Sea Salt to Taste
Instructions
- Using a stand mixer, slowly mix room temperature butter in a large bowl until completely smooth and soft.
- Dip radishes into the butter about half way to coat in a thick layer of butter. The butter should make a smooth coating rather than sticking in globs.
- Lay on baking sheet covered in parchment paper and lightly sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
- Refrigerate until the butter has firm and serve as an appetizer or seasonal crudité snack. Enjoy!
