  • Spring Salad Mix from Williams Garden or Braga Farms
  • Carrots from Braga Farms
  • Radishes from Williams Garden
  • Strawberries from Sanchez Farms (Almost Here!)
  • Chopped Chicken from Central Texas Sustainable
  • Hard Boiled Egg from Cedar Ridge Eggs
  • Chopped Pecans from North Texas Pecans

 

Instructions

  1. Use a mandolin (carefully!) to create thin ribbons of carrots and thin rounds of radishes. The thin slices maximize flavor, enhance the appearance, and help your fresh produce go further.
  2. Slice fresh strawberries in halves or thin slices depending on size and preference.
  3. Lightly toss together carrots, radishes, and strawberries with spring salad mix.
  4. Top with chopped chicken, chopped pecans, and hard boiled egg. Serve with your favorite salad dressing – mustard vinaigrette is a great choice!
