ALL-NATURAL GATORADE
Ingredients
- 3 cups of chopped watermelon from Kelley Produce or Williams Garden
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1 lime, juiced from Kelley Produce
- 1 tablespoon of honey from Honey Apple Farms, Lone Star Specialty Foods, or the Nutty Side
- Pinch of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend all ingredients until well combined and serve with ice! You can sub the watermelon with any hydrating, in season fruit
