INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Cups Watermelon diced from The Shed
  • 1 Cup Red + Yellow bell peppers diced from Bonton Farms
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Mint minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro minced
  • 1 Cup Cucumbers diced from The Shed
  • 1/2 Cup Onions diced from The Shed
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place all ingredient in a large bowl and toss.
  • Served chilled or at room temperature with chips or as a salad.
