Ingredients:
  • 1 lb of free-range chicken from 413 Farms or Hendrix Family Farm
  • Rika’s Portuguese BBQ Marinade
  • Lime
Instructions:
  1. Remove the skin, clean, and rinse the chicken
  2. Add cuts to the raw chicken down to the bone
  3. Place chicken in a large mixing bowl
  4. Shake and mix the bottle of marinade
  5. Add roughly 3-4 tablespoons of Portuguese Marinade to the chicken
  6. Mix the marinade and chicken thoroughly
  7. Cover the mixing bowl and let sit for a minimum of 20 minutes
  8. Grill chicken for 10-20 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes.
  9. Squeeze lime onto chicken once cooked.
  10. Serve with a side like mashed potatoes.
