Ingredients:
- 1 lb of free-range chicken from 413 Farms or Hendrix Family Farm
- Rika’s Portuguese BBQ Marinade
- Lime
Instructions:
- Remove the skin, clean, and rinse the chicken
- Add cuts to the raw chicken down to the bone
- Place chicken in a large mixing bowl
- Shake and mix the bottle of marinade
- Add roughly 3-4 tablespoons of Portuguese Marinade to the chicken
- Mix the marinade and chicken thoroughly
- Cover the mixing bowl and let sit for a minimum of 20 minutes
- Grill chicken for 10-20 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes.
- Squeeze lime onto chicken once cooked.
- Serve with a side like mashed potatoes.
