Ingredients

  • Ruby Red Radishes
  • 1 Sprig of Fresh Dill
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp of salt
  • ½ cup of vinegar

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice radishes using a mandolin. Enough to fill an 8 oz mason jar about 2/3 full.
  2. Bring water to a boil, add in sugar and salt and stir to dissolve.
  3. Place slice radishes and spring of fresh dill into mason jar.
  4. Pour in hot water with dissolved sugar and salt.
  5. Add in vinegar.
  6. Tightly close the lid and transfer to the refrigerator.
  7. Enjoy after about 2 hours so the flavor can set into the radishes.
  8. Radishes will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Enjoy as a garnish!
