Ingredients
- Ruby Red Radishes
- 1 Sprig of Fresh Dill
- ½ cup hot water
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 ½ tsp of salt
- ½ cup of vinegar
Instructions
- Thinly slice radishes using a mandolin. Enough to fill an 8 oz mason jar about 2/3 full.
- Bring water to a boil, add in sugar and salt and stir to dissolve.
- Place slice radishes and spring of fresh dill into mason jar.
- Pour in hot water with dissolved sugar and salt.
- Add in vinegar.
- Tightly close the lid and transfer to the refrigerator.
- Enjoy after about 2 hours so the flavor can set into the radishes.
- Radishes will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Enjoy as a garnish!
