Ingredients

  • 4 small beets from Williams Garden
  • 1 head of broccoli from Williams Garden
  • 2 bunches of Tuscan Kale from Williams Garden
  • 1 bottle of Original Ginger Beer from Soco Ginger Beer

 

Instructions

  1. Peel beets and chop into juice-able sizes depending on the model of juicer used.
  2. Cut broccoli into florets small enough to juice as well.
  3. Juice all cut pieces of produce and the Tuscan kale in handfuls at a time.
  4. This will make about 10 ounces of juice. Divide juice into two mason jars and top with ginger beer for two servings.
