INGREDIENTS:
- Radishes from Braga Farms
- Chive Goat Cheese from Lost Ruby Ranch
- Sliced Bread from D’s Sourdough
- Carrot Relish from Pruitt Farms (Optional)
- Watercress from DFM’s Mama Ida’s Teaching Garden
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lightly coat bread with olive oil.
- Bake bread for 10 minutes to lightly toast.
- While bread is toasting, thinly slice 1 radish per piece of bread with mandolin.
- Spread goat cheese on toast and top with an even layer of sliced radishes.
- Add carrot relish and watercress as a colorful and delicious garnish!
