INGREDIENTS:

  • Radishes from Braga Farms
  • Chive Goat Cheese from Lost Ruby Ranch
  • Sliced Bread from D’s Sourdough
  • Carrot Relish from Pruitt Farms (Optional)
  • Watercress from DFM’s Mama Ida’s Teaching Garden

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly coat bread with olive oil.
  3. Bake bread for 10 minutes to lightly toast.
  4. While bread is toasting, thinly slice 1 radish per piece of bread with mandolin.
  5. Spread goat cheese on toast and top with an even layer of sliced radishes.
  6. Add carrot relish and watercress as a colorful and delicious garnish!
