Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • ½ Bacon
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 4 oz Cheddar
  • 1 oz Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Pickle
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to 350 degrees
  2. Cook bacon on aluminum foil, folding to avoid dripping grease. Cook until chewy not crispy. Removed from heat and transfer to paper towels to absorb grease.
  3. Dice bacon and add to large mixing bowl.
  4. Dice ½ onion, mince garlic, and add ground beef to mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Add Worcestershire sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika to mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Divide mixture in to 4 equal parts and form patties.
  7. Use remaining half onion to clean and season grill. Leave onion in corner of grill in indirect heat to infuse onion flavor into patties.
  8. Grill at 350 for 4 minutes on each side with grill lid closed and remove from heat.
  9. Toast buns if desired. Serve with lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup, and mustard.
