(Refreshing juice, plenty of vitamin K, and a hint of sweetness)
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch fresh kale from Williams Garden
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple from Top of Texas Orchard
  • 3 stalks Celery
  • 1 small lemon
  • 1 bunch parsley from Williams Garden
Instructions
  1. Chop kale into smaller pieces depending on juicer strength.
  2. Cut apple in ¼ pieces.
  3. Peel lemon and cut into ¼ pieces .
  4. Juice all ingredients, serve immediately, and enjoy!
