Ingredients:
- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 1/2 cup full fat Greek yogurt from Market Provisions
- 3 tbsp hot honey (or use regular honey if you don’t want any spice) from local honey vendor at The Shed or Market Provisions
Instructions:
- Crumble the feta into a food processor and process for 1 minute
- Then add in Greek yogurt and process until smooth (about 3-4 minutes)
- Then add in the honey with a spatula
- Top with some red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste!

Farmer Fieldnotes – Hot Honey is best heated in a mason jar placed in boiling water just long enough to reach the desired temperature! Microwaving honey will cause it to boil and caramelize or burn.
