INGREDIENTS

  • 3 1/2 cups watermelon, cubed from The Shed
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice (roughly 1/2 lime)
  • 3 mint leaves from The Shed

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend watermelon cubes and lime juice in a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Place a handful of mint leaves in the popsicle tray.
  3. Pour blender content into popsicle tray.
  4. Freeze for at least four hours.
