INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups diced seedless watermelon from The Shed
  • 1 cup diced cucumber peeled from The Shed
  • 12 tablespoons lime or lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the cucumber, watermelon, and lime/lemon juice to a blender. Blend until very smooth and no bits of cucumber remain.
  2. Skim off any foam that rises to the top of your blender.
  3. Pour blended juice in popsicle mold and freeze until solid, at least 6 hours or overnight. Run popsicle mold under hot water for a few seconds to make the popsicles easier to remove.
  4. Enjoy!
