INGREDIENTS
– 1 lb. carrots from Braga Farms, Bonton Farms and/or D-Bar Farms
– Pecans from North Texas Pecans and/or B Bold Pecans
– Rosemary from HT William’s Garden and/or Braga Farms
– Honey from Texas Honeybee Guild and/or Round Rock Honey
– Goat Cheese from Lost Ruby Ranch and/or Scardello Artisan Cheese
– Butter from Market Provisions
– Salt
– Sugar
– Red pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix carrots with honey, salt, red pepper and roast in oven with butter at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
2. Caramelize pecans with butter, honey, sugar and salt on medium heat until bubbling. Let cool to harden
3. Top roasted carrots with pecans, goat cheese and rosemary
