Ingredients
- Lamb Stew Meat from JuHa Ranch
- 2 tbsp of olive oil from D’s Sourdough
- 2 tbsp Fiesta seasoning blend from Royal Roost
- ½ white onion from Williams Garden, chopped
- ½ pound diced sweet peppers from Market Provisions, seeds removed and diced
- 1-2 radishes from BB’s Blooms and Things, thinly sliced
- Cilantro from Williams Garden, chopped
- Tortillas from Market Provisions
Instructions
- In a bowl, season lamb meat and fully coat on all sides with fiesta seasoning blend and olive oil.
- Bring a skillet to medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sautee chopped onions in the skillet until translucent, add in seasoned lamb and cover to sear on each side.
- Cook lamb for about 5 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly cooked.
- Add in peppers and sauté with lamb until softened.
- Serve on warm tortillas, garnished with radish slices and fresh cilantro.
