Ingredients

  • Lamb Stew Meat from JuHa Ranch
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil from D’s Sourdough
  • 2 tbsp Fiesta seasoning blend from Royal Roost
  • ½ white onion from Williams Garden, chopped
  • ½ pound diced sweet peppers from Market Provisions, seeds removed and diced
  • 1-2 radishes from BB’s Blooms and Things, thinly sliced
  • Cilantro from Williams Garden, chopped
  • Tortillas from Market Provisions

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, season lamb meat and fully coat on all sides with fiesta seasoning blend and olive oil.
  2. Bring a skillet to medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sautee chopped onions in the skillet until translucent, add in seasoned lamb and cover to sear on each side.
  4. Cook lamb for about 5 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly cooked.
  5. Add in peppers and sauté with lamb until softened.
  6. Serve on warm tortillas, garnished with radish slices and fresh cilantro.
