  • 1 oz jalapeño simple syrup
  • 1 sprig muddled fresh mint
  • 16 oz Topo Chico
  • 1.5 oz tequila

JALAPEÑO SIMPLE SYRUP
Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 sugar
  • 1 jalapeño

Instructions

  1. In a small sauce pan, combine water and sugar and bring to a boil.
  2. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add 1 diced, deveined and de-seeded jalapeño to water and reduce to a simmer.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes and let cool.
