For a special treat you can pick out any of our fresh steaks, lamb or pork chops, we will hand cut to your desired thickness and its sold by weight. Our butchers escort you and your meat to our Beyond the Butchers- where your fresh meat will be flamed grilled and served with your choice of two vegetables sautéed in our own made herb butter and “top secret” seasoning in a cast iron skillet or accompanied with our delicious Farmer Fries. It is an amazing mouth watering meal you deserve to experience while in Dallas- the steak capital of the world.
