Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups shredded chicken from 413 Farm
  • 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 baguette from Oak Cliff Bread
  • Fresh green onion for garnish & cilantro

Instructions

  1. Mix together garlic, parmesan, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and paprika in a large-bowl until smooth. Add in shredded chicken to fully incorporate.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Cut baguette in half length-wise. Remove about half of the interior bread from the baguette half to create a fillable space. Reserve scooped bread for another recipe such as toasting croutons!
  4. Fill the baguette halves with the shredded chicken and place on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with green onion, cilantro, and buffalo sauce.
