Blueberry season is bursting onto the scene at the Dallas Farmers Market. These tiny-but-mighty gems aren’t just sweet; they’re packed with antioxidants that help fight stress and aging. They’re also known to support heart health, boost brainpower, and keep blood sugar in check. They’ll even help your body bounce back after a long day in the Texas heat. Blend them into a smoothie, toss them into pancakes, or sneak a handful straight from the carton (we won’t tell). Consider this your official excuse to go all in, because when it comes to blueberries, the more, the berrier.

Make sure you join us this weekend to indulge, as the window for this beneficial harvest closes quickly. From farm-fresh pints to baked goods, jams, and more, it’s the perfect time to stock up and savor the delicious flavors of locally grown blueberries at their peak. Head to The Shed and visit Heddin Family Farm, Kelley Produce, and Williams Garden before they’re gone!
