Since launching the Gabriel Ranch direct-to-consumer beef program at the Dallas Farmers Market in September of 2022 they haven’t missed a weekend in The Shed. One year ago they opened their first retail location in Canton, TX, and are set to open two more before the end of the year. Gabriel Ranch credits the customers and lasting relationships created at the DFM for their ability to reach more Texas families with locally raised, high-quality beef, and of course, you can still find them every weekend at The Shed, Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The beef itself is graded by USDA standards, and Gabriel Ranch goes above and beyond to offer only the best: USDA Prime and Upper 2/3rd’s Choice, which they call “Reserve.” USDA Prime, the highest grade available, represents only about 2% of all beef in the U.S. and is known for its abundant marbling, tenderness, and bold flavor. The Reserve line is equally impressive, hand-selected for steakhouse-level quality.
