Once approved, you’ll upload your Texas food handler certification, general liability insurance, and any applicable permits directly in Convention Force before your first market day.

Permanent retail and restaurant leasing opportunities are managed separately from the producer program. To begin the leasing process, email info@dallasfarmersmarket.org with your space requirements and business plan.

Use the same Convention Force application — describe your product in detail in your bio. Prepared food vendors and food trucks are reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on current lineup and available space.

The $45 nonrefundable fee covers the cost of reviewing your application, products, and photos. It’s required before your application enters the weekly review queue.
