BellaTrino’s Neapolitan Pizzeria at the Market
BellaTrino's started with 2 friends and a dream to make an impact on the DFW food truck scene. They chose to create a true Italian experience on their trucks with centuries old techniques, authentic handmade ingredients, and a 5,000 lb wood burning oven! They strive to make the best Neapolitan pizza using the same techniques that have been used for over 200 years by daily making their own dough with Antimo Caputo "00" flour, tomato sauce from San Marzano tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella from whole milk curd.
Since then they have grown from 2 food trucks to have their first location in the historic Dallas Farmers Market.
