Volunteer Opportunities
Grow with your local community, right outside your door by volunteering with the Dallas Farmers Market! Our volunteer opportunities are flexible. From 30 minute projects to 4 hours, we have a time frame that works for you.
We have opportunities in the following categories:
- Garden/Greenhouse
- Connect to your roots and dig into some soil! Activities include planting and pruning, weeding and watering, and trimming and trellising. If you love getting your hands dirty, we have the job for you.
- Little Farmers Kids Activities
- Spend some time in the Little Farmers booth and get your color on! Activities include story time, arts and crafts, and hands-on fun for little ones.
- Creative
- We are looking for artistic volunteers to help make signs, chalkboards, and help with other miscellaneous artistic projects. We also would love to hear from you if you are a musician.
- Cooking
- Come be the sous-chef of the Dallas Farmers Market! Learn a bit about healthy, seasonal eating and handle our weekly 2 o’clock tasting space sampling recipes using ingredients from our vendors.
