Dallas Farmers Market and 2 awesome local charities: Heres Your Reminder & Lone Star Ranch and Rescue have teamed up to bring you so much fun!

Exercise, animals & positive people are all recommended to relieve stress, anxiety and depression. We’ll have them all! Enjoy an outdoor yoga class while the over friendly and oh so cute pygmy/dwarf goats interact with you. Plus, stick around and enjoy an adult beverage (or 2), yummy food by Rex’s Seafood at the Market, and live music. Also, enjoy some shopping with the DFM vendors.

Each class ticket includes:

6:30-7:30 = A goat yoga class, taught by one of the best yoga instructors around! It’s all levels, beginner friendly.
7:30-9:30 = Social begins, Hang Time & Play Time! Enjoy extra selfie/play time with the cuties, cool down with your choice of beer or wine (1st one is included with your ticket) and live music.

Rex’s Seafood at the Market will also be there with a limited menu of yummy dinner selections. Can’t beat the fun and relaxing environment to enjoy a meal.

Donate a ticket, this will save a spot for a special guest invited by Here’s Your Reminder Project.

Our Pygmy Goat playmates are rescues!

Things to Know:
~ Bring a mat, water bottle, and towel.
~ Outdoor shade will be provided
~ Although this is an actual yoga class, it is meant to be fun and not taken too seriously. Yogi snobs, this isn’t for you.
~ Good for all levels (even beginners)

About the charities:
~ Here’s Your Reminder Project are committed advocates for depression and anxiety. We have teamed up with local counselors and support groups to help those who are struggling with the darkness.

~ It was very important to Susie (the organizer) that the goats come from a loving environment with good long-term intentions. Not one that over-breeds just to profit while they’re babies. We’re happy to say we found one! Lone Star Ranch and Rescue!
