The third weekend of every month we are so excited to partner and have Chef Nick Walker of CBD Provisions from The The Joule, Dallas and Chef Jared Harms of Pyramid Restaurant & Bar from the The Fairmont Dallashost a complimentary Chef Demonstration at The Shed! We love their commitment to local farms and they will be identifying local ingredients and incorporating them into a dish from vendors inside The Shed.
About CBD Provisions:
CBD Provisions is a Modern Texas Brasserie in the heart of Historic Downtown Dallas adjacent to The Joule. The restaurant celebrates the natural bounty and culinary traditions of Texas with a contemporary point of view, a commitment to local and sustainable sourcing, and a passion for making things in house with expert technique and superb ingredients. The cocktail program – created and overseen by acclaimed bartenders Chad Solomon and Christy Pope – features updated classics with a regional spirit, while the wine list emphasizes outstanding small producers from Texas, California and France. Fittingly, the beer program showcases the best achievements of the burgeoning craft brewing community in Dallas-Fort Worth. The interiors of CBD Provisions – designed by Claudia Woods – dramatically set the stage for the warm and social character of a big city brasserie with historic brick walls, salvaged wood floors, sumptuous leather banquettes, a fully exhibited kitchen, and of course a great bar.
CBD Provisions is located at 1608 Main Street, Dallas, Texas. For more information call 214.261.4500 or visit www.cbdprovisions.com. Facebook: @CBDProvisions and Instagram: @CBDProvisions.
ABOUT Pyramid Restaurant & Bar:
As the longest-running AAA / Four Diamond establishment in the city, The Pyramid Restaurant & Bar resonates with a sleek, contemporary look that creates an imaginative and engaging space in the heart of Dallas’ downtown Arts District. The décor evokes a sophisticated glamour with a color palette in rich earth tones with accents of polished metal and dark mahogany flooring. Organic wood sculptures decorate the room and an amazing artistic interpretation of a centuries-old, crosscut tree welcomes guests inside the foyer. Sitting atop the list of Dallas’ most revered restaurants, The Pyramid Restaurant also features a private dining room with additional seating for up to fifty and the exclusive Wine Room seating ten to twenty.
Couple all that with The Pyramid Restaurant’s exciting new cuisine, which draws its inspiration from Texas growers and regional purveyors, and you have the makings of a truly memorable fine dining experience. Whether planting and tending to the 3,000 square-foot herb and vegetable garden on the hotel’s rooftop or traversing the Lone Star State in search of the finest quality products, our culinary team exudes a pride and passion for exceptional dining. The Pyramid Restaurant & Bar. The legend continues.
