Chef Kelsey has developed an impressive resume over the years, her career in the food industry started at age 15 with her first solo wedding catering event. Chef Kelsey is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and worked savory & pastry in several Michelin-star restaurants.
Her career hit the big screen during season 16 of Bravo’s hit show “Top Chef” which she was the winner of. She is a 2024 James Beard Award nominee for Best Chef: South. She has made frequent appearances on hit Food Network shows including “Tournament of Champions,” “Chopped,” “Bobby’s Triple Threat,” “Guy’s Grocery Games” and more.
